As my final official act as Trainer of Serpents_Temptation I have released the slave teso. It is my opinion that as she had asked more than once to be released, with what I considered just cause, and had been denied twice, without just cause, I would use my perogative as Trainer to release her. I hereby resign as Trainer of Serpents_Temptation and will have nothing further to do with the channel. I wish Solveig nothing but the best in the channel's further endeavors.

(A little late but...)
Please let the record show that Alginon opted to "release" teso after resigning as Trainer of the Temptation.
In a hearing held in #falcoseyrie, teso was declared a runaway slave.
This Tavern has no desire to harbour such poorly behavior persons, and has no reason to expect that the slave known as "teso" would honour any judgement passed, and so asked that teso simply be considered "banished" (or... ignored).
We regret the unpleasantness and thank our friends at #falcoseyrie for their assistance in handling this delicate matter.

I find it "interesting" that a channel owner would allow a "hearing" in another channel unaffiliated with her channel to decide things for her.
And I find it still more interesting that a channel owner is unable to make her own decisions and seek help from others in deciding things.
Surely the channel owner can "banish" or "ignore" slaves considered unsuitable herself without backup from another channel.

Given that Serpent's Temptation is on friendly terms with Falcoseyrie, it is not surprising at all that a hearing on a matter of protocol would be held in another home, especially since the slave in question was a runaway and refused to enter the original Home channel.
Obviously an Op can do whatever he or she pleases with regards to bans, however it behooves honourable channel owners to inform others of the drama that certain individuals choose to engage in, so that they might make informed decisions as to whether or not to engage in roleplay with those individuals themselves, which was the point of this particular hearing.
In addition, the slave was making false claims about the situation, and that was best handled with witnesses.
